At the AMAs , the crowd booed Chris Brown for receiving the award as the best R&B artist of the year.
Chris is infamous for his past incident with his ex Rihanna ,where he was drunk, he punished and beat her severely
However, he apologized to her and they’ve made up , accepting the blame and paying the price, which was a huge downfall in his career.
Now the question is why he’s still hated and boycotted for an accident that he has already suffered its consequences?!
Plus there are people who are 10x worse than what Chris has done. For example, the producer Dr. Luke raped and sexually abused Ke$ha , why is he still out there free and unpunished, still working in the music industry?! When it’s known that he’s a threat
I’m not justifying what Chris had done, but he served the consequences and more . He’s even forgiven by Rihanna!, so why still dig in the past
the punishment and reactions should be applied on all artists equally the same not in a selective biased way (like Dr. Luke)
