Sell it because Artists aren’t going to see that much directly from music streams in this lifetime. He still owns his publishing so tours etc he’s still eating
He’s still young he can make more hits. he got twice the amount weezy did and wayne has been out longer. get y’all money and get well
not a big fan of his work but.. actually not a bad move. He’s thinking ahead because his career is basically over if his health keeps degrading. Better to enjoy an early retirement and focus on his well-being.
